What We Offer

Adults’ BJJ
Our Adult Jiu-Jitsu program has been evolving since 2005 to meet the needs of a wide range of practitioners. Whether you’re training for competition, preparing for MMA, or looking to build effective self-defense skills, this program offers a comprehensive and proven path.
With a curriculum that blends modern sport Jiu-Jitsu with practical self-defense fundamentals, students gain a complete grappling education tailored to real-world application and performance. Classes are welcoming to all experience levels—from first-timers to advanced athletes—and focus on technical development, physical conditioning, and personal growth.
Led by experienced coaches with competitive and martial arts backgrounds, The Farm BJJ provides a structured, challenging, and supportive environment where adults can thrive on and off the mats.
Little Monsters Kid’s BJJ
The Little Monsters Kids Jiu-Jitsu program introduces children to the art of Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu in a safe, fun, and supportive environment. Designed to build both physical skills and strong character, our classes teach discipline, respect, and confidence through age-appropriate drills, games, and techniques.
Led by experienced coaches who emphasize safety and encouragement, students develop coordination, agility, and focus while learning the fundamentals of Jiu-Jitsu. Beyond the mats, kids gain valuable life lessons in perseverance, teamwork, and goal setting.
Whether your child is new to martial arts or looking to grow their skills, our program helps young athletes build a strong foundation, develop healthy habits, and foster a lifelong love for Jiu-Jitsu.
Muay Thai
Our Muay Thai program delivers authentic, high-level striking instruction under the guidance of Coach Elijah Casares. With a focus on the art of eight limbs—punches, kicks, elbows, and knees—this program blends traditional Muay Thai technique with modern training methods for fitness, competition, and self-defense.
Whether you’re just getting started or looking to elevate your skills for MMA or the ring, classes are designed to meet all experience levels. Training includes pad work, technical drills, bag work, footwork, conditioning, and sparring, all aimed at building precision, power, and confidence.
With years of experience as both a fighter and coach, Elijah fosters a motivating and disciplined environment where students can push themselves, stay accountable, and develop real striking ability. Come train with us and see why The Farm’s Muay Thai program is one of the most respected in Northern Colorado.
Women’s Classes
The Women’s Program at The Farm is designed to empower, challenge, and support women through martial arts training. Our weekly Brazilian Jiu-Jitsu classes focus on self-defense, fitness, and skill development in a welcoming and supportive environment.
We’ve also added a new Women’s Only Muay Thai class every Saturday. This class offers a focused space for women to build striking technique, improve conditioning, and gain confidence while training alongside other women. Whether you’re just starting out or looking to take your skills further, our program provides the structure and community to help you grow.
